The invention provides a determination device for tyre abrasion, wherein the degree of the tyre abrasion before and after the running can be easily measured in metric sizes.The device comprises a light source mechanism and a digital photographic mechanism.The light source mechanism irradiates light on the surface of tyres before and after the running by using the cosine grating arranged inside a lens.The digital photographic mechanism determines the luminous intensity on the surface of the tyres and represents the abrasion loss of the tyre surfaces according to the metric data of a single image.Thus, the effect that the abrasion state of tyres can be easily and quickly measured without spatial limitation can be realized by comparing with conventional measured time.Since the abrasion statecan be illustrated by a single image to form metric data, so that the state of tyre abrasion before and after the running can be accurately analyzed.
