The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring call record data of customer members in a group, extracting information indexes related to the customer members according to the call record data, wherein the information indexes comprise a call intensity information index, a call position information index and a call circle information index, and the call position information index indicates a call index of the customer members related to a base station of the group; and if the call intensity information index of the customer members is larger than a call intensity information index threshold value of a core circle, the call position information index is larger than a call position information index threshold value of the core circle and the call circle information indication is larger than a call circle information indication threshold value of the core circle, taking the customer members as core circle members and storing into the data of customer members in the group. The invention can be used for accurately counting the data of the core circle members in the customer members ofthe group.
