Abstract

The laying method comprises the following steps: a. carrying out a launching test of buoys; b. fixing anchoring weights and arranging anchor chains on the small-sized ship; c. towing the anchoring ocean observation and research buoy system to a target sea area; and d. laying the anchoring ocean observation and research buoy system in the target sea area.
