Abstract

The invention relates to an air suction pipe for a yarn strip bundling device for a spinning device and a method for manufacturing the same, and particularly discloses an air suction pipe for a yarn strip bundling device for a spinning device. The spinning machine comprises a drafting device provided with a last outlet roller pair. Relative to a direction of yarn strip movement, the air suction pipe is arranged at a downstream side position of the last outlet roller pair. The air suction pipe comprises a guide surface provided with an air suction inlet. A ventilating conveyor surrounds and rotates around the air suction pipe, thereby conveying yarn strips. The air suction pipe is provided with an irregular shape, and is formed via bending a metal plate with a uniform thickness.
