Abstract

The invention provides a kit for diagnosing acute exacerbation of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The kit is characterized by comprising a cell enzyme labeled antibody of a cell factor; and the cell factor is a human lymphatic tissue chemokine (6Ckine), a macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) and beta cytokine (BTC). In the kit, the human lymphatic tissue chemokine (6Ckine), the macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) and the beta cytokine (BTC) are firstly provided to be main indexes of diagnosis of the acute exacerbation of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Description

Kit for diagnosis of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease technical field The invention relates to a kit for diagnosing acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which belongs to the field of biotechnology. Background technique Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a lung disease characterized by persistent obstruction of airflow from the lungs. The disease is an underdiagnosed, life-threatening lung disease that impedes normal breathing and is not fully reversible. Its main clinical manifestations are cough, sputum production and dyspnea. As the course of the disease progresses, it can develop to also feel short of breath when walking on a flat road. Some patients have wheezing symptoms. In addition, there are systemic symptoms such as fatigue, anorexia, and weight loss. Respiratory failure or heart failure may cause corresponding symptoms during the acute attack. Because of its large number of patients, high mortal...
