Abstract
The invention provides a kit for diagnosing acute exacerbation of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The kit is characterized by comprising a cell enzyme labeled antibody of a cell factor; and the cell factor is a human lymphatic tissue chemokine (6Ckine), a macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) and beta cytokine (BTC). In the kit, the human lymphatic tissue chemokine (6Ckine), the macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) and the beta cytokine (BTC) are firstly provided to be main indexes of diagnosis of the acute exacerbation of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
