Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for controlling a user terminal to use network resources in a communication system. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a conversation access request from the user terminal in a conversation establishing or switching state, wherein the conversation access request contains the relative position information of the user terminal; and judging the state of a user according to the account information of the user terminal, if the account of the user terminal is in a canceled state or halt state, sending an instruction to stop the service on the user terminal. The device comprises a receiving device and a judgment device, wherein the receiving device is used for receiving the conversation access request from the user terminal in the conversation establishing or switching state, wherein the conversation access request contains the relative position information of the user terminal; and the judgment device is used for judging the state of the user according to the account information of the user terminal, and sending the instruction to stop the service on the user terminal if the account of the user terminal is in the canceled state or halt state. By the method and device provided by the invention, the user can be prevented from continuing to use the network resources after the service is stopped.
