In a flow meter capable of measuring and delivering such fluid flow, a sensor element receives a flow input of the fluid to be measured and outputs a flow output of the fluid to be measured; a battery element powers the flow meter. The sensor element has an inductance element and a magnetic element connected to the inductance element. The inductance value of the inductive element of the sensor changes in response to movement of the magnetic element relative to the inductive element caused by a fluid pressure differential of the fluid being measured.
