The invention discloses a tyre pressure monitoring based blow-out emergency inflation system which comprises a sensor, a controller, a gas generator, a gas generation chamber, an airflow channel and a vacuum tube tyre, wherein the sensor is used for monitoring the pressure state of a tyre and transmitting a blow-out signal to the controller; the controller transmits an instrument to ensure that the gas generator generates a great quantity of gas, and the gas is conveyed into the vacuum tube tyre for inflating through the airflow channel. Under the normal state, the vacuum tube tyre can be used as a vacuum tyre or a tube tyre; after the tyre blows out, the gas generator ignites to release gas, and the gas enters a space between a steel ring and the half side in the vacuum tube tyre throughthe airflow channel; and the inner half side can be jacked upwards due to the gas pressure difference and the centrifugal force so as to be closely clung to the outer half side to form a double-layervacuum tyre, therefore, the tyre can be ensured not to leak air and a vehicle can be ensured to run normally.
