The fireproof valve comprises a valve shell made of a non-magnetized material, wherein a magnetic core controller capable of sliding along the outer wall of the valve shell is arranged outside the valve shell; a magnetic core and a sealing element which is used for sealing a gas outlet are arranged in the cavity of the valve shell; one end of the sealing element is adjacent to the magnetic core, and the other end of the sealing element is connected to a valve opening spring; an overheat protector is arranged outside the valve shell and is provided with a shell; the shell is provided with a sealed end and an open end; a compression spring alloy welding block is welded and fixed in the shell; and the magnetic core controller is statically fixed at the open end of the protector shell. In the fireproof valve, an overheat protection structure is improved; and the fireproof valve has a simple manufacturing process, a reliable overheat protection property and extremely high safety and gas tightness.
