The multi-connection air conditioning unit comprises a compressor and more than two outdoor heat exchangers, wherein all the outdoor heat exchangers are respectively connected with the compressor and respectively provided with an outdoor fan; and the exhaust portof the compressor is provided with an outdoor high-pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the air conditioning system. The control method comprises the following steps of: (1) judging the current environment temperature and selecting air gears N of the outdoor fans; (2) judging whether the load Q of the air conditioning system is larger than a set range or not; (3) judging whether the pressure of the air conditioning system is in a set range or not; and (4) running the outdoor fans.
