Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for dynamically loading the subchannel content of an information terminal. The method comprises the following steps: 1) the terminal sends a registration request to a registration server of a content operation platform and sends configuration files comprising channel list data to the terminal; 2) the terminal analyzes the configuration files, extracts the channel list data in the configuration files and updates the original subchannel list with the data; 3) a user clicks subchannels according to a list, and the terminal starts installed subchannel application software or prompts the user to download the subchannel application software; and 4) the application software sends the subchannel content designated by the user to the terminal by a content server. The system comprises the terminal and the content operation platform, wherein the content operation platform comprises the registration server, the content server and an application warehouse server. In the method, the subchannel list is stored and updated to lead the user to see which subchannel is added or deleted, and when the user clicks the added subchannel, the user is directly prompted to download the application software, so that the searching time of the user is reduced.
