The invention discloses a method, a
server and a
system for controlling vehicle-mounted
software upgrading based on a
CPU load, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The specific embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: in response to a received
software upgrading event sent by a vehicle end, predicting a
CPU load rate of the vehicle end in a future preset time period based on CPU use data and
vehicle behavior data of the vehicle end provided by the vehicle end; determining a
software downloading speed of the vehicle end in a preset time period according to the
CPU load rate, and generating a software upgrading instruction for indicating the software downloading speed; the software upgrading instruction is sent to the vehicle end, so that the vehicle end downloads a software upgrading
package within a preset time period based on the software downloading speed indicated by the software upgrading instruction, and software upgrading is carried out based on the downloaded software upgrading
package. According to the implementation mode, the software upgrading operation is executed by the vehicle end under the condition that normal driving of the vehicle is not affected, the stability of a CPU is guaranteed, and reasonable utilization of CPU resources is achieved.
