The queue scheduling method comprises the following steps of: acquiring signal-to-interference and noise ratio (SINR) of user equipment in a queue and the average speed R1 of the user equipment in a previous period of time; determining the speed R2 which can be reached by the user equipment currently according to the SINR, and calculating the priority of the user equipment according to R1 and R2; and scheduling the user equipment in the queue according to the calculated priority. The method and the device disclosed by the invention can be applicable to a wired or wireless communication system requiring queue priority scheduling management; meanwhile, by applying the method and the device, the user equipment in the queue can be reasonably scheduled, and the queue scheduling efficiency can be improved.
