Embodiment Construction
[0018] A process for producing nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride mixed rubber by using the emulsion co-precipitation method. The nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride are mixed uniformly at a ratio of 3:1 at 65°C to make an NBR / PVC mixed emulsion. The NBR / PVC mixed emulsion is cured by adding dibutyltin laurate, and finally a flocculant is added to make the NBR / PVC mixed emulsion undergo co-precipitation, coagulation and drying to obtain a finished product. The adding amount of the above dibutyltin laurate is 1%-2% of the NBR / PVC mixed emulsion. The above-mentioned flocculant adopts 20% sodium chloride solution, and its addition amount is 10% of the NBR / PVC mixed emulsion. Dicyandiamine formaldehyde condensate can also be used, and its addition amount is 1-2% of the NBR / PVC mixed emulsion.
