Correspondingly, the invention discloses terminal equipment for implementing the method, which comprises a shell, a power supply unit, a monitoring unit, a processing unit and a transmitting unit, wherein the monitoring unit is used for providing a well cover position state signal; the processing unit is used for judging whether the well cover is illegally moved or not according to the well cover position state signal which is provided by the monitoring unit, and if so, triggering to generate the alarm information; and the transmitting unit is used for transmitting the alarm information generated by the processing unit to the monitoring center.
