no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0030] figure 1 It is a diagram showing the overall structure of an elevator using the automatic diagnosis device of the present invention. Assume that an elevator 11 is installed in a certain building 10 .

[0031] The elevator 11 has a hoist 12 installed in a machine room 10a of a building 10, a rope 13 wound around the hoist 12, a car 14 and a counterweight 15 that are mutually hoisted up and down by the rope 13.

[0032] In addition, in the machine room 10a, an elevator control device 16 generally called a "control panel" is installed. The elevator control device 16 includes a computer equipped with a CPU, ROM, RAM, etc., controls the operation of the elevator 11, and functions as an automatic diagnosis device here. In addition, this elevator control device 16 is connected to a monitoring center 18 through a communication network 17 such as a telephone line network.

[0033] The monitoring center 18 remotely monitors the operation status of the elevator 11 through the c...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0082] Next, a second embodiment will be described.

[0083] The second embodiment is characterized in that the prioritization of the diagnostic operation menu is changed according to the number of times the same situation is detected by the sensor 19 in consideration of the change of the priority of the past elevator situation.

[0084] Figure 7 It is a block diagram showing the automatic diagnosis function structure of the elevator control device 16 of the second embodiment.

[0085] With the above-mentioned first embodiment ( figure 2 ) Similarly, the elevator control device 16 is equipped with an operation control unit 21, a recording unit 22, an abnormality detection unit 23, a menu list 24, and a priority table 25 in order to realize an automatic diagnosis function.

[0086] Here, in the second embodiment, the recording unit 22 is provided with a count recording unit 22a. The number recording unit 22a records in advance the number of times the same situation is dete...

no. 3 Embodiment approach

[0094] Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0095] The third embodiment is characterized in that the priority of the diagnostic operation menu is changed based on the maintenance management data.

[0096] Figure 9 It is a block diagram showing the structure of the automatic diagnosis function of the elevator control device 16 in the third embodiment of the present invention.

[0097] With the above-mentioned first embodiment ( figure 2 ) Similarly, the elevator control device 16 is equipped with an operation control unit 21, a recording unit 22, an abnormality detection unit 23, a menu list 24, and a priority table 25 in order to realize an automatic diagnosis function.

[0098] In the third embodiment, a maintenance management unit 26 is provided in addition to the above-mentioned structure. The maintenance management unit 26 stores maintenance management data of each device of the elevator 11 . The above-mentioned maintenance managemen...

Abstract

The present invention provides an automatic diagnosis device of an elevator. The action data of each set of equipment, which are output from an operation control part (21) in normal operation, are recorded in a recording part (22). An abnormity detection part (23) determines abnormity possibility according to the action data of each equipment, which are recorded in the recording part (22). Furthermore, in a menu list (24), more than two diagnosis operation menus for verifying the abnormity reason are selected from the menu list (24) so the operation control part (21) performs diagnosis operation which corresponds with the diagnosis operation menus. At the operation control part (21), according to the state of a current elevator (1), a priority order which is stored in a priority order table (25) is changed. According to the changed priority order, diagnosis operation which corresponds with each diagnosis operation menu is performed.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to an elevator automatic diagnosis device for automatically diagnosing abnormal parts of an elevator. Background technique [0002] Usually, in an elevator maintenance company, maintenance workers are regularly dispatched to the site to maintain and repair the elevators of various objects and check whether there is any abnormality. However, it takes a lot of time for a maintenance worker to inspect a plurality of inspection items one by one while inspecting each object, and the burden on the maintenance staff is also heavy. [0003] Therefore, in recent years, systems for automating this inspection work have been proposed. For example, in Patent Document 1, an elevator (car) is automatically operated in accordance with a predetermined program during time periods such as at night, and abnormal parts are checked. In addition, in Patent Document 2, when the stop switch is operated, an inspection operation is p...
