Abstract

The invention discloses a heating method and a heating device for two-step winding of continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastic polymer composite materials. In the method, a pre-impregnating belt with continuously-changed length between a drying tunnel and a core mould is well heated and insulated by a swingable and telescopic heating device, so the exposure time of the pre-impregnating belt in air at room temperature is shortened, the pre-impregnating belt can keep a required temperature during winding, and good interlayer inter-diffusion can be formed for a thermoplastic polymer in a winding process to make an interlayer firmly adhered. The core mould and a pressure roll are heated by a core mould and pressure roll heating system to have the same temperature so as to control cooling of the pre-impregnating belt, so good interlayer adhesion can be formed for the pre-impregnating belt under the action of the pressure roll, and a heat stress which is generated in an extrusion area due to temperature inconsistency of the core mould and the pressure roll can be relieved. A corresponding device comprises a far infrared drying tunnel, the swingable and telescopic heating device, a hot-air gun and the core mould and pressure roll heating system.
