Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the prior art, the lubrication and cooling of the vibration chamber bearing of the vibratory hammer generally adopts the splash lubrication method, but due to the particularity of the vibration chamber structure, it often depends on the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block and the gear in the vibration chamber to be thrown into the vibration chamber. It is difficult for the lubricating oil on the inner wall of the box to flow into or drip into the bearing, causing the bearing to be damaged due to dry friction, which increases the probability of early failure of the bearing and greatly reduces the service life of the bearing
Seriously affect the normal construction of the vibratory hammer and greatly reduce the construction efficiency of the operating unit
In addition, with the continuous increase of pile foundation projects of large-scale offshore facilities, the market needs vibratory hammers with greater excitation force. At the same time, the construction of pitched piles is very frequent. The lubrication method can no longer meet the development needs of large-scale pile foundation construction

Abstract

The invention relates to a cooling and lubricating system for a vibrating chamber bearing of a vibrating hammer. The vibrating hammer comprises a vibrating chamber, an oil storage cup, a lubricating oil channel, a vibrating shaft, a bearing end cover, a lubricating oil pool and a bearing; the cooling and lubricating system for the vibrating chamber bearing comprises two groups of forcible lubricating devices which are fixedly arranged on the outer walls of front and rear sides of the vibrating chamber and respectively comprise an oil pump which is arranged above the bearing end cover and a lubricating oil supply mechanism which delivers lubricating oil from the lubricating oil pool to the bearing end cover through the oil pump to lubricate the bearing forcibly; the lubricating oil supply mechanism comprises an oil suction pipe, an oil outlet pipe, an oil separating block and a lubricating oil pipe; and each forcible lubricating device is provided with an oil temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of the lubricating oil in real time. The cooling and lubricating system for the vibrating chamber bearing ensures that the vibrating chamber bearing can be reliably lubricated and cooled under any condition in splashing and forcible lubricating modes, prevents the bearing from being seized and burnt out, effectively prolongs the service life of the bearing, and ensures thatthe vibrating chamber works reliably.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vibratory hammer, in particular to a vibratory chamber bearing cooling and lubricating system of the vibratory hammer.
