A conductive plate independently distributed in an octagon shape at the top of a metal mould is composed of an upper mould and a metal core; the upper ends of a left mould and a right mould are contacted with the upper mould; parts of the metal mould form a cavity; a core is mounted in the cavity; an exhausting rope is arranged at the vertical direction inside the core; a chiller is mounted at the top of the core; the lower ends of the left mould and the right mould are contacted with a bottom plate; a leading-in hole connected with a crucible liquid lifting pipe is arranged on the bottom plate; a sprue located at the bottom of the core is connected to the leading-in hole; and an ingate is arranged on the sprue. The method comprises the following processing steps: smelting aluminium alloy, assembling the moulds, casting at low pressure, and takingout the castings. By utilizing the technical scheme of the invention, the operation of the method is simple, the method is convenient to control, and the technical product yield is high.
