Abstract

The invention provides a real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) identification method for cashmere and sheep wool. The method comprises the following steps of: extracting deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of a sample; designing a primer and a probe for DNA sequences of mitochondria of goats and sheep; performing specific amplification on goat ingredients and sheep ingredients in the DNA respectively through a real-time fluorescent PCR; and identifying whether a sample to be detected contains the cashmere and the sheep wool or not according an amplification curve and a Ct value. The real-time fluorescent PCR identification method for the cashmere and the sheep wool is high in specificity and sensibility, and the requirements of daily detection of light textiles can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a real-time fluorescent PCR identification method for cashmere and sheep wool. Background technique [0002] Cashmere, commonly known as cashmere, is a rare and expensive animal fiber. Its fiber fineness is even, smooth, waxy, soft and delicate to the touch, strong in tension and elastic, known as "soft gold". Its cashmere products have extremely high quality and comfortable wearing performance, are loved by people, and the price is also high. In order to reduce costs, producers mix fine sheep wool or treated and modified sheep wool similar to cashmere into fabrics, so that counterfeit or reduced cashmere textiles appear on the market, which greatly damages the interests of consumers. Therefore, it is very important to effectively identify cashmere and sheep wool. [0003] Cashmere and sheep wool belong to the same protein fiber, and there is little difference in chemical properties, but there are some differences in scale st...
