Abstract

The invention discloses a stitching device of a small fan bush, which comprises a stitching rod provided with an inner cavity, an ejector rod capable of sliding in the inner cavity in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of clamping jaws rotationally arranged in the stitching rod, wherein a through-hole communicated with the inner cavity is arranged at the lower end part of the stitching rod; an outer hole communicated with the inner cavity is formed on the outer edge surface of the stitching rod; each clamping jaw is provided with a projecting part and a continuing part positioned below the projecting plate and is provided with two working states, namely a closed state and an open state; when the clamping jaws are in the closed state, a material receiving platform is formed in the inner cavity of the stitching rod by the continuing parts of the pair of clamping jaws, and the bush is placed on the material receiving platform from the outer hole; and the ejector rod slides downwards in the longitudinal direction, and the lower part of the ejector rod is contacted with the projecting parts of the clamping jaws so as to drive the clamping jaws to be opened.
