Embodiment 1

[0085] Such as figure 2 As shown in , the mat 100 is manufactured by stacking a first batt fiber layer 300 and a second batt fiber layer 310 onto a base layer 200, wherein the base layer 200 is made by stacking reinforcement material B (220) described below to reinforcement material A (210) made from the wet paper web side. As batt layers, a first batt fiber layer 300 (with a basis weight of 300 g / m 2 ) and a second batt fiber layer 310 (with a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 ) were stacked with the base layer 200 and bonded by needle punching.

[0086] Composition of reinforcing material B (220):

[0087] (1) MD yarn 51: use the following spun yarn

[0088] (a) Spun yarn: Nylon 6 staple fiber spun yarn with a fineness of 40 decitex

[0089] (b) The number of windings: winding along the Z direction, 10 times / m

[0090] (2) CMD yarn 41: nylon 6 monofilament yarn with a fineness of 500 decitex

[0091] (3) Weaving: Weave 1 / 1 hollow single woven fabric with MD yarn 51 (30 rows / 5c...

Embodiment 2

[0093] The manufactured mat had the same structure as in Example 1, except that the base layer 240 was formed by stacking the reinforcement material B (220) to the machine side of the reinforcement material A (210).

Embodiment 3

[0095] The produced mat had the same structure as in Example 1 except that the base layer 245 was formed by replacing the reinforcing material B ( 220 ) with the reinforcing material C ( 230 ) described below.

[0096] Composition of reinforcement material C (230):

[0097] (1) MD yarn 53: Nylon 6 monofilament yarn with a fineness of 500 decitex

[0098] (2) CMD yarn 43: use the following spun yarn

[0099] (a) Spun yarn: Nylon 6 staple fiber with a fineness of 10 decitex

[0100] (b) The number of windings: winding along the Z direction, 40 times / m

[0101] (3) Weaving: Weave 1 / 1 hollow single woven fabric with MD yarn 53 (40 rows / 5cm) and CMD yarn 43 (34 rows / 5cm).

Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide a papermaking felt which, in a papermaking machine, has good water squeezing capability (water permeability) and durability with regard to flattening and which also has excellent wet paper web smoothing properties and resistance to fiber loss. A papermaking felt made by stacking and intertwiningly integrating by needling a substrate (200), a first batt fiber layer(300) disposed on the wet paper web side of the substrate and a second batt fiber layer (310) disposed on the machine side of the substrate; wherein the substrate (200) is made from a plurality of reinforcing materials, the reinforcing materials comprise a spunyarn (51), and due to the intertwining with a batt fiber layer, the spunyarn (51) is integrated to such a degree that the yarn shape disappears.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to papermaking felts (hereinafter also simply referred to as "felts") for use in papermaking machines. More particularly, the present invention relates to a papermaking felt for squeezing moisture out of a wet paper sheet pressed in the nip section of a papermaking machine. [0002] The object of the present invention is to provide a papermaking felt which has good water squeezing ability and wet paper web smoothness, and also has excellent cotton fiber damage resistance; more particularly relates to a papermaking felt which is suitable for papermaking The machine travels at high speed and has good wet web smoothing properties. Background technique [0003] Roughly speaking, the papermaking process of a papermaking machine consists of three sections, one each regarding forming, pressing and drying, during which moisture is continuously removed. In each section, papermaking equipment corresponding to the dewatering functi...
