Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid crystal panel and an alignment film thereof. The alignment film is made of modified polyimide with conjugated double bonds on a lateral chain. The resistance value of the polyimide is reduced through the characteristic of the conjugated double bonds, so that the resistance value of the alignment value is less than that of a liquid crystal material in the liquid crystal panel, and the imidization rate of the modified polyimide alignment film is improved. Charged ions of a liquid crystal layer are conducted through the conjugated double bonds of the lateral chain of the modified polyimide for preventing the ion concentration of partial region from increasing and further improving the problem of image sticking.
