The invention provides the index system which is completely suitable for evaluating the power supply capacity of the urban power network by using an idea of coordinating the power transmission and distribution network, and provides an evaluation index calculation model, an evaluation characteristic function theory expression and a comprehensive evaluation algorithm model by aiming at the evaluation indexes.
