Abstract

The lower die plate is provided with a lower electrode, the upper die plate is provided with an upper electrode which is capable of matching with the lower electrode to elastically clamp a workpiece during closing, the lower die plate or upper die plate is provided with a welding switch capable of being triggered during closing, and the lower electrode, the upper electrode and the welding switch are all connected with a main welding unit. According to the technical scheme, a progressive die can be used with a punch machine to realize continuous production which is further combined with a welding process, and the workpiece can be clamped by the electrodes by means of punching of the punch machine, so that continuous production of punching and welding can be realized. Moreover, stability in dimension of products can be increased effectively by the same positioning method, production cost can be reduced and production efficiency can be improved due to continuous production realized by combination of two processes.
