Under the normal condition, the cover is in driving fit with the thread of the upper end of the core of the irrigator; water flow enters the interior of the core from the water inlet, enters the helical tooth labyrinth channels after being filtered through the filter screen for energy dissipation, and outflows from the core through the water outlet.
