Abstract

The aluminum wire tightener comprises: a main body, a handgrip and an inner cone sleeve. The main body possesses two-semicircle simplified bodies which are hinged into one body through a hinge. Protruding columns are respectively arranged on two sides of a rear part of the main body and a screw rod is installed so as to install the handgrip. The main body is provided with an inner taper hole. An inner cone sleeve is formed by two semicircle taper sleeves. A central section of the inner taper sleeve is provided with an inner hole. A male cone is arranged out of the inner cone sleeve. The male cone is matched with the inner taper hole arranged in the main body. The handgrip is sleeved on the screw rod which is located on the rear part of the main body and is fixed through a nut. The aluminum wire tightener is designed aiming at a special structure of a gap-type wire and a low sag characteristic of the wire. The design is reasonable and the structure is simple. The invention discloses a gap-type wire thread jamming and tightener. The tightener possesses the inner cone sleeve which can gradually clamp the wire as an increasing tension along a traction direction. During the stringing and the construction, the wire can be clamped and tensioned effectively. And there is no harm to a wire aluminum layer.
