Benefits of technology

The present invent describes a new way to measure hydraulic properties such as porosities or permeability coefficients accurately without relying solely upon manual laboratory methods like measuring weight loss due to drilling operations. By drawing up precise measurements at different temperatures and pressures along a testing tube filled with water, these results show how well fluids flow when they enter certain areas where there may be problems related to sediment transport processes. These tests also allow researchers studying interactions among materials within them while maintaining their privacy. Overall, the invented technique helps predict future environmental impacts associated with oil field development.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem: Current methods used by scientists to study hot liquids or soluble substances in pores in rocks can only approximate their behavior over short periods of times with limited results. These techniques involve complicated processes involving multiple factors like temperature changes, pressure variations, pH levels, salinity level, and oxygen content. Additionally, these simulations require precise hydraulic conditions at different temperatures within specific ranges while also maintaining accurate measurement data.

Embodiment Construction

[0020]

[0021] The structure and working process of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0022] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention provides a system for soil hydrothermal coupling test, which mainly includes a water temperature control device, a hydraulic pressure simulation lifting platform, an external environment control box, and a data acquisition and processing device, which are introduced separately below.

[0023] 1) Water temperature control device. Its main function is to provide high-precision constant temperature water for the long-term test process. It is required that the water temperature fluctuate within ±0.02°C during the whole test process. According to the time, flow and temperature requirements of the hydrothermal coupling test, the effective available water volume in the heat preservation water storage tank should be controlled at least above 300L, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a system for a soil water and heat coupling test. The system contains a water temperature control device, a hydraulic pressure simulation elevating platform, an external environment control box and a data acquisition and processing device. The water temperature control device contains an insulation water storage tank and refrigerating, heating and temperature-control equipment. The external environment control box contains a temperature control module, a humidity control module, a rainfall spray device and a soil groove test model, wherein the rainfall spray device is arranged over the soil groove test model. The hydraulic pressure simulation elevating platform contains an automatic elevating gear, an upstream water tank, a downstream water tank, and a drainage transport pipeline. A constant-temperature liquid in the water storage tank is conveyed to the upstream water tank. Overflow water in the upstream water tank returns to the water storage tank. The upstream water tank is connected with the soil groove test model through the drainage transport pipeline. Leachate which passes through the soil groove test model enters into the downstream water tank through an outlet of the soil groove test model. The system provided by the invention can be used to greatly raise the measuring precision of the test, minimize measurement errors caused by human factors and reduce working strength of test personnel.
