Abstract

Because the lower cover structure is provided with a lower cover pressing device additionally, automatic opening/closing of the lower cover body is obtained, a great deal of involvement of operators during working is avoided, and working efficiency is improved while cost is reduced simultaneously. Due to a sealing ring on the lower portion of the lower cover structure, the problem that a sterilizing effect is weakened caused by poor tightness of the lower cover structure is solved. The defect that the lower cover must be opened during water discharging of the sterilizing tank is overcome by means of a water outlet pipeline structure of the lower cover structure.
