Abstract

The invention provides a control device and a control method of gas turbine rotating speed. The control device comprises a velocity measurement motor rotating speed sensor, a phonic wheel velocity measurement sensor and a controller. The control method comprises the following steps: 1. a gas turbine is started; 2. two sensors detect three rotating speed signals and input the rotating speed signals into the controller; 3. a reference rotating speed is set in the controller, and the controller compares the rotating speed signals from the step 2 with the reference rotating speed to obtain a rotating speed of the gas turbine; and 4. the rotating speed of the gas turbine is used as a reference rotating speed of a next cycle, and the gas turbine is adjusted according to the rotating speed of the gas turbine. Reference rotating speed obtained by the control device is basically the same as an actual rotating speed of the gas turbine and can well reflect operating status of the gas turbine. Besides, according to the invention, the rotating speed signal can be transmitted to the controller accurately, so that the controller can accurately adjust and control the gas turbine; thereby, normal staring of the gas turbine can be guaranteed.
