The invention discloses a high-voltage winding type motor brush lifting control system and method. The system comprises a first servo motor, a second servo motor, a collecting ring short-circuit switch, a first proximity switch, a second proximity switch, a third proximity switch, a fourth proximity switch, a first relay and a second relay. The first servo motor is connected with a carbon brush lifting and dropping part. The second servo motor is connected with the collecting ring short-circuit switch. The first servo motor is connected with a power source by means of a first contactor and a second contactor. The second servo motor is connected with the power source through a third contactor and a fourth contactor. The second relay and the first proximity switch are connected into a coil loop of the first contactor in series. The fourth proximity switch and the second proximity switch are connected into a coil loop of the second contactor in series. The first proximity switch and the third proximity switch are connected into a coil loop of the third contactor in series. The first relay and the fourth proximity switch are connected into a coil loop of the fourth contactor in series. According to the system, the motors are automatically connected with a collecting ring in a short mode after being started, the carbon brush is lifted, and the defect of continuous friction between the collecting ring and the carbon brush in the operating process is overcome.

A Symmetrical Variable Structure Supersonic Inlet Regulator

The invention discloses a regulation device with a symmetric type variable structure for a supersonic inlet. The regulation device comprises a front body compression plate, a throat upper panel, a combustion chamber upper panel, regulation devices and sliding mechanisms, wherein the front body compression plate and the combustion chamber upper panel are connected with the throat upper panel through the sliding mechanisms and the regulation devices; the regulation devices are symmetrically fixed to the throat upper panel; and a plurality of sliding mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the front body compression plate and the combustion chamber upper panel respectively. According to the regulation device, through the regulation devices, the size of a compression angle of an inlet duct and the height of a throat are changed, the quality and the air flow of an airflow which enters a combustion chamber, and the inlet duct is in a better working state; when the inlet duct works at a low Mach number, the compression angle of the front body compression plate is reduced, and meanwhile, the height of the throat is increased so as to change the starting performance of the inlet duct and improve the performance of an engine; and along with increase of the Mach number, the compression angle is increased, the height of the throat is also reduced, the internal contraction ratio is increased, the static pressure at the outlet of the inlet duct is strengthened, and the overall performance of an aircraft is improved.

The invention discloses a method for cutting off and threading of strip steel, and belongs to the technical field of strip steel rolling in coupled pickling and tandem rolling. The method comprises the following steps: choosing strip steel to be halted, reducing a shunt winding cutting speed of the strip steel during shunt winding and cutting; shutting down a rolling mill after shunt cutting and shunting rolling at an outlet, reeling the cut strip steel and unreeling by using a reeling machine and lifting rolling gaps of all racks; choosing a current rack required for overhauling, withdrawing the strip steel by back running and stacking the strip steel to the front side of the current rack, and overhauling the current rack; threading the strip steel of the current rack into the current rack after the overhauling is completed, inching the current rack to thread forwards to ensure that the strip steel of the current rack returns to the position before the back running; tensioning the strip steel by using a pinch roll, pressing down the rolling gaps of all racks, and starting and rolling. According to the method, the rolling mill is started by using normal rolling strip steel instead of thick strip steel, the thickness fluctuation of the rolled steel coil is small and the thickness fluctuation part is positioned at the head of the strip steel, so that rolling wastes are reduced, and the finished product rate is increased.
