Under the condition that an engine of a whole vehicle is not started, the aging state, the electric quantity state, the voltage state and the current state of a storage battery are recorded in real time through a storage battery sensor and sent to a power management controller, and the states of the storage battery are defined into four types of power management level signals (PMS_level) and low battery electric quantity signals (Low Power Warning) according to an algorithm of the battery management controller; then the four types of the power management level signals and the low battery electric quantity signals are sent to load controllers such as an air conditioner controller, a DVD controller and a lamplight controller through a CAN network; and all the load controllers conduct corresponding load management according to the received level signals, the state of the storage battery is monitored in real time, and therefore a user is reminded of the condition of the electric quantity of the storage battery.
