A Garminal12XL GPS data transceiving device and an ARM 6410 microcontroller are connected through a recommended standard (RS) 232 standard serial port, the Wifi wireless data communication module and the ARM 6410 microcontroller are connected through a universal serial bus (USB) port, and a Sqlite data base is embedded in a Flash memory to store and manage the driving state data information among the vehicles. The wireless communication controller achieves delivery of driving condition data information among a plurality of vehicles mutually and provides necessary prompt information for human-machine interaction interfaces for drivers.
