The invention relates to a pennisetum sinese roxb natural high-kalium health drink which is a botanical drink produced by taking pennisetum sinese roxb stems as raw materials. The drink comprises the following components according to the mass percent: 10 to 100% of pennisetum sinese roxb stem juice, 0 to 10.0% or sugar, 0 to 0.50% of citric acid and the balance of water.
