Abstract

The invention discloses a hot runner temperature control and a warning method for a one-mould-with-multi-cavity injection moulding mould and a control system utilizing the same. The method comprises respectively arranging a temperature sensor at the same position in a plurality of mould cavities of the injection moulding mould, selecting one of the mould cavities to serve as a standard mould cavity, and setting a standard filling time, during each filling, calculating a different value between the filling time of the mould cavities and the standard filling time through a computing control module to serve as the basis for controlling a temperature adjusting device to adjust the temperature of the hot runner and serve as the basis for controlling a warning device to start. Therefore, the hot runner temperature control and warning method and the control system utilizing the hot runner temperature control and warning method not only can eliminate the influence of the outer side environment, but also can fast achieve flow balance of multiple cavities so as to reduce development time of a product and maintain quality of the product.
