A part of the air cylinder corresponding to a part between the closing position and the grounding position is a sealed part; the moving contact is fixedly provided with a rotating piston; the rotating piston is provided with a through blowing nozzle; the sealed part is matched with the rotating piston to divide the air cylinder into a closed compression cavity and a release cavity; and when the moving contact rotates from the closing position to the opening position, gas in the compression cavity is compressed by the rotating piston firstly, and then is blown to an upper static contact for arc extinguishing.
