Abstract

The device is composed of a fixed base arranged on an inner circle grinding machine, a slide supporting seat, a rotating block, retractable pipes, a clamp and a sand wheel, wherein the slide supporting seat is provided with a horizontally-arranged long groove hole; the slide supporting seat is connected with the fixed base through a T-shaped bolt which is arranged in the long groove hole in a penetrating manner; the rotating block is connected together with a rotating shaft which is arranged at the upper part of the slide supporting seat in a penetrating manner; two through holes are formed on the rotating block, and the axes of the through holes are vertical to the axis of the rotating shaft; the two retractable pipes are respectively arranged in the two through holes in a penetrating manner; the clamp is fixed at one ends of the retractable pipes; the sand wheel is opposite to a work piece fixed on the clamp; and a wheel shaft of the sand wheel is parallel to the rotating shaft. The distance between a work piece machining surface and the rotating shaft is adjusted to be equal to the sum of the radius of the convex circular-arc surface and the grinding amount, and the sand wheel is used for grinding.
