Embodiment Construction

[0027] Please refer to figure 1 , The fiber pretreatment device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity 10 , a screw mechanism 20 , a crimping mechanism 30 , a retaining plate 40 , a transmission shaft 50 and a first power source 60 .

[0028] The cavity 10 is provided with a cavity 100, and the cavity 10 has a feed port 11 for the fiber raw materials used in papermaking to enter and a discharge valve 12 for the fibers to flow out. The discharge valve 12 is set with a predetermined pressure value. When the cavity When the pressure in the chamber 100 is greater than the predetermined pressure value, the discharge valve 12 is opened to allow the fibers to discharge.

[0029] The screw mechanism 20 is disposed in the chamber 100 and adjacent to the feeding port 11 , and is used to push the fiber entering from the feeding port 11 into the chamber 100 .

[0030] The crimping mechanism 30 is disposed within the chamber 100 adjacent to the screw mechan...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber pretreatment device, which comprises a cavity, a screw mechanism, a curling mechanism, a stop plate, a transmission shaft and a power source. The cavity is provided with a feeding hole and a discharge valve; a preset pressure value is set for the discharge valve; when the pressure in the cavity is greater than the preset pressure value, the discharge valve is opened so as to discharge fibers. The screw mechanism is sheathed onto the transmission shaft and is used for pushing the fibers entering from the feeding hole into the cavity. The curling mechanism is provided with a plurality of first cutters, and the first cutters are fixedly sheathed onto the transmission shaft in the manner of not being vertical to the transmission shaft so as to knead, extrude and curl the fibers pushed by the screw mechanism, and meanwhile, the fibers are pushed for the second time. The stop plate is used for stopping the curled fibers, so that the pressure in the cavity rises. The power source is used for providing power required by the screw mechanism and the curling mechanism. After the fibers are pretreated by the fiber pretreatment device disclosed by the invention, the structural characteristics of the natural fibers can be effectively changed, so that paper products made of the fibers are greatly improved in bulk and water absorbency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fiber pretreatment device, in particular to a pretreatment device for crimping fibers used as papermaking raw materials. Background technique [0002] In recent decades, my country's economic level has developed by leaps and bounds, and the people's demand for tissue paper is not only increasing, but also increasing. At present, the growth rate of my country's demand for household paper is much higher than the world average level, which poses a huge pressure on the protection and rational use of resources. If it is not handled properly, it will not only fail to effectively meet social needs, but will also cause great damage to natural resources. [0003] Rational use of natural resources and improvement of paper production technology have always been important research topics worldwide. At present, domestic and foreign researches on how to improve the characteristics of natural fibers, meet the basic needs of consumers, red...
