Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber pretreatment device, which comprises a cavity, a screw mechanism, a curling mechanism, a stop plate, a transmission shaft and a power source. The cavity is provided with a feeding hole and a discharge valve; a preset pressure value is set for the discharge valve; when the pressure in the cavity is greater than the preset pressure value, the discharge valve is opened so as to discharge fibers. The screw mechanism is sheathed onto the transmission shaft and is used for pushing the fibers entering from the feeding hole into the cavity. The curling mechanism is provided with a plurality of first cutters, and the first cutters are fixedly sheathed onto the transmission shaft in the manner of not being vertical to the transmission shaft so as to knead, extrude and curl the fibers pushed by the screw mechanism, and meanwhile, the fibers are pushed for the second time. The stop plate is used for stopping the curled fibers, so that the pressure in the cavity rises. The power source is used for providing power required by the screw mechanism and the curling mechanism. After the fibers are pretreated by the fiber pretreatment device disclosed by the invention, the structural characteristics of the natural fibers can be effectively changed, so that paper products made of the fibers are greatly improved in bulk and water absorbency.
