The protrusions are provided with an engagement receiving part (41) which protrudes in such a way that the lever is disposed between the main body and the engagement receiving part. The lever is provided with: a first position (54A) which is overlapped by the engagement receiving part at the non-fitting position; and a second position (54B) which is overlapped by the engagement receiving part at the fitting position.
