[0018] The separation and purification of omega-SLPTX-Ssm1a is divided into three steps: (1) Molecular sieves; 4mL of centipede venom (absorption value at 280 nm is 200 OD) using a self-packed column (Sephadex G-50, 2.6 × 100 cm) separation.
