Abstract

The invention discloses a fluorescence quantitative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) kit for detecting Listeria monocytogenes and staphylococcus aureus, and an application of the kit, wherein the kit comprises TaqDNA polymerase, fluorescence quantitative PCR amplification buffer solution, sterilized de-ionized water, one pair of primers for amplifying Listeria monocytogenes, one TaqMan probe, one pair of primers for amplifying staphylococcus aureus and one TaqMan probe. According to the invention, by utilizing the principle that multiple fluorescences are used for quantitating PCR real-time, and the advantage of high efficiency of PCR technology, high specificity of probe technology, high sensibility and high accuracy of spectrum technology, the aim of detecting Listeria monocytogenes and staphylococcus aureus synchronously and quantitatively is chieved, and assurance for improving food regulation efficiency and level, and preventing food poisoning and foodborne diseases is provided. Meanwhile, the foundation for improving food safety risk monitoring and analysis, and risk warning ability and level during producing and processing procedure is established.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection kit, in particular to a dual fluorescence quantitative PCR kit for simultaneously detecting Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus, belonging to the field of inspection and quarantine of Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of world economic globalization, trade liberalization and international food trade, food safety has become a major strategic issue concerning people's health and building a harmonious society. Foodborne diseases occupy a very important position in food safety issues. WHO defines foodborne diseases as diseases caused by polluting or toxic factors (including viruses, parasites, bacteria and agriculture, environment, hazardous chemicals and biological toxins) that exist in nature and enter the body through eating (Ren Yuhua , Tian Haixia. Food Safety and Foodborne Diseases [J]. Occupation and Health, 2005, 21(12): 1977-...
