The system includes fixed fire fighting apparatuses arranged in the tunnel, and is characterized by also comprising mobile firefighting apparatuses arranged in the tunnel. The fixed fire fighting apparatuses include a fire detector in the tunnel and fixed fire fighting apparatuses; the fire detector and part of the fixed fire extinguishing apparatuses are connected with a central control room. The mobile fire fighting apparatuses are aqueous foam-forming fire trucks. The present invention integrates the usage of fixed and mobile fire fighting facilities and improves the control force and adaptability on a fire accident, so that the control center can adopt different measures depending on different fire behaviors. The present invention has the advantage that reasonable scheduling is employed to realize an extinguishing safety safeguards system adapting to various emergent situations for a fire; and the system can completely and effectively adapt to emergent fire in various tunnels.
