As the smokeless hot-water boiler is provided with the three combustion chambers for high-temperature combustion, fume and floccule stay in the combustion chambers for a longer time and are fully combusted to be converted into heat energy and transparent gas. As the smokeless hot-water boiler is provided with the outer water tank and a plurality of inner water tanks, water in the boiler is gradually heated in a step-by-step heating manner, so that the hot water supply efficiency is greatly improved, the water continuously outflows, and the ratio of coal to the water is 1:300; and the smokeless hot-water boiler saves the coal by 70 percent higher than that of a steam boiler and saves the coal by 30 percent higher than that of a common hot-water boiler.
