The method includes the steps: mixing the underflow slag of the wastewater with the sedimentated vanadium with alkaline vanadium liquid so as to form mixed liquor; edulcorating the mixed liquor; and filtering the edulcorated mixed liquor so as to obtain vanadium-containing filtrate.
