Abstract

The invention provides an optimization design method of a compressor silencer. The optimization design method of the compressor silencer includes the following steps: establishing a silencer three-dimensional model; leading the silencer three-dimensional model into a finite element acoustic analysis module to perform grid division, setting calculating parameters, and calculating overall sound pressure of the silencer; obtaining a transmission loss curve of the silencer according to sound pressure value of the silencer; determining noise reduction target frequency and pitch line surface of the silencer according to the transmission loss curve of the silencer; and regulating the position of an exhaust port of the silencer to the position where the pitch line surface corresponding to the noise reduction target frequency is intersected with the silencer surface. The optimization design method shortens the development period of the compressor silencer and greatly reduces development cost of the compressor silencer. Noise reduction capacity of the silencer designed by the method is improved greatly at a target frequency band.
