Abstract

The invention relates to an artificial hip joint matched with anatomical features of Chinese hip joints. The artificial hip joint comprises a femoral stem, a spherical head, an acetabular inner lining and an acetabular outer lining, wherein the femoral stem consists of a stem head, a stem neck and a stem body which is inserted into a femoral cavity; the spherical head consists of a sphere, a spherical outer surface and an inner cone frustum, wherein the spherical outer surface is matched with the inner surface of the acetabular inner lining, and the inner cone frustum is dent inwards along the horizontal end face of the spherical head and is used for containing the stem head of the femoral stem; the acetabular inner lining consists of a cylinder bottom frustum, a frustum, an opening and a polished spherical inner surface, wherein the frustum is formed by matching a cylinder top with the acetabular outer lining; the opening is concavely arranged at the peripheral edge of the high end of the frustum and is used for rotating the acetabular inner lining so as to adjust a positioning acetabular cup; and the polished spherical inner surface matched with the outer surface of the shpere is concavely arranged along the frustum and a cone; and the acetabular outer lining consists of a hemisphere, pawls, a frustum inner surface, shrinkage pools and a plurality of grooves, wherein the hemisphere is formed by spherical surfaces fitted with pelvises; the pawls are arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the horizontal end face, on which the hemisphere is located; the horizontal end face of the frustum inner surface is dent inwards to contain the acetabular inner lining; the shrinkage pools are located on the frustum inner surface located at the bottom part of the hemisphere and are used for fixing the acetabular outer lining and the pelvises; and the grooves are concavely arranged at the outer edge of the wall of the frustum inner surface located on the horizontal end face.
