The cell measuring method comprises the steps that: user equipment receives measured configuration messages which are sent by a base station and include at least one physical cell identifier and channel state messages (referring to the CSI-RS configuration messages of signals) corresponding to cells to be measured; the physical cell identifier is used for indicating the communities to be measured; the CSI-RS corresponding to the cells to be measured is measured according to the CSI-RS configuration messages so as to obtain the measured results for measurement; and the obtained measured results about the cells to be measured and the measured object messages of the cells to be measured are sent to the base station through measuring reports.
