A master station at the satellite connection part is connected with the 3G core network through an Iu interface, and used for forwarding request signaling and grouping service attached by certified satellite terminals to the 3G core network; and the 3G core network processes the request signaling attached by the certified satellite terminals and distributes a service channel used for transmitting the grouping service to a satellite terminal of which attachment is successful. According to the invention, the satellite connection part is accessed into the 3G core network to achieve the management of the large-scale satellite terminals at the satellite connection part by the 3G core network. The invention further discloses a satellite terminal access method for the satellite terminals in the satellite communication system, and the problem caused when the satellite terminals access into the 3G core network is solved by adopting the method.
