Laying hen welfare cage bottom net deformation amount and stress values of a strengthening rib and a suspension beam are measured so as to provide the basis for the design of the whole structure of a laying hen welfare cage with different bottom net structure parameters. The test device comprises a test stand base and a measuring device, wherein the test stand base is used for suspending a test cage, and the measuring device is used for statically reading pretightening force of the strengthening rib, initial pretension exerted by the suspension beam to the bottom net, the stress values of the strengthening rib and the suspension beam under loading action and the bottom net deformation amount. According to the device, the length and width of a rectangular outer frame for installing the bottom net, the pretightening force of the strengthening rib and egg rolling angle can be adjusted according to bottom nets with different areas, netting wire diameters and mesh sizes, and a tension sensor and a displacement meter with high accuracy can be matched.
