This invention relates to a multi-head filling
machine for lubricating oil, and pertains to the field of filling equipment technology. It includes a filling
barrel system, a
tail material suction
system, a material injection lifting
system, a frame, several
cutting systems, several injection pipes, and a conveying system. Each injection
pipe is located on the injection lifting system, and each
cutting system is located on its corresponding injection
pipe. Several cylinder bottom outlet pipes are provided on the lower side of the filling
barrel system. The
tail material suction system includes several locking rings, a floating device, a sealing plug, a suction
piston, and a suction cylinder. The locking rings are installed inside the cylinder bottom outlet pipes, and the floating device is also located inside. The sealing plug is suspended at the bottom of the floating device. When the floating device floats, it lifts the sealing plug, thereby sealing the locking rings. The suction
piston is installed at the bottom of the sealing plug. The filling
barrel system is connected to an
air pump. When the
air pump pumps air into the filling barrel system, the
cutting system opens, and the sealing plug disengages from the locking ring. When the injection
pipe is
cut, the sealing plug rises. The suction cylinder is connected to the bottom of the injection pipe, and the cylinder bottom outlet pipe is connected to the injection pipe, thus avoiding waste and
contamination.
